We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only ship to the countries specified in our shop unless otherwise specified all items are shipped tracked  insurance is recommended as is provided subject to being requested, a charge will be incurred. lost parcels are subject to courier tracing this will take 6-8 weeks after a failed delivery  we are not responsible for lost parcels in transit due customs clearance, war, conflict, unrest, local law enforcement issues, health emergences, tariffs, or change of policies in that country.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ur cancellation, returns and refund policy

  1. All items have a standard 90-day warranty, Dna Boards are covered for 12 months RMA for the Board Only after 90 days the warranty for the item is chargeable at a reduced cost POA. Driptips are not covered due to hygiene issues.  We do not cover tanks, atomizers, coils & damage resulting from improper use or use of vapesmarter products with other suppliers parts. after this, we still will repair any faults at a discounted rate. 

  2. All items and are covered by our DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. This means, that from the date of receipt the buyer has 48 hours to ensure the goods are in good working order and report any faults.

  3. If any parts are found to be faulty within this time please contact our customer service team at vapesmarter.org and we will arrange for a replacement or repair/refund We will require the goods to be returned for further investigation.

  4. Users should store and handle these items with special care. We advise electronic cigarette users not to store their e-cigarettes with metallic, magnetized or electronic transmitting devices such as keys or mobile phones, therefore extending the lifespan of functional use.

  5. Purchasers should be aware that our products although made to the highest quality, are functional devices, which will fail and degrade over a period of time dependent on usage.

  6. E-liquid is a consumable product we do not sell, neither do we supply or fit batteries the batteries must be correct for the mod and battery safety and ohms law must be followed at all times

  7. If an item is lost in the transit please allow 14 days before you can make a claim (This is due to the delivery companies terms and conditions, Normally we would resolve this issue a lot sooner).

  8. In the case of any dispute, the decision of vapesmarter is final.

  9. orders that are bespoke cannot be cancelled after production has started without loss of the deposit

  10. Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched this is only on stock items (bespoke items are excluded as they are made for you and have no value to another customer in accordance with CCA 2014), you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk. All such Products should be returned within 28 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, by one of the means set out in our Returns Procedure.

  11. A 50%  deposit is required for all bespoke products (non-refundable deposit after start of  production)  

  12. If any Product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer a repair exchange as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us in accordance with the Returns Procedure. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.

  13. Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.
